As of this moment, no 1.0RC3.0 does not work with R2.5.1 as noted by my previous email, some other people's emails about a possibly related problem and the bug filed [Rpy] [ rpy-Bugs-1819169 ] Pure virtual function call error https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=453021&aid=1819169&group_id=48422 Some think it might be fixed in svn, but I haven't heard any positive confirmations or seen any test builds posted for installation.
