OK, I'll split them out again into "Panel" and "GM" files.
The programs in GM2.rgd pretty closely match the GM programs listed in the Yamaha manual. However, the percussion instruments in the key mapping, though similar, are different enough that I think the PSR-220 / PSR-230 needs its own GM file (or, GM2 needs to accommodate the differences, if it can). More importantly(?) The controls are different. I've highlighted the differences, though they may be eliminated or munged if the mailing list or personal settings strip out the HTML. I get that it's okay for the GM2 to have controls that aren't present in the PSR-220, but the PSR-220 has controls that aren't in the GM2 as well, and I suspect those might be handy to have around... *GM2:* 1: Modulation *5: Portamento Time* 7: Volume 10: Pan 11: Expression 64: Sustain (Hold 1) 65: Portamento ON/OFF 66: Sostenuto *67: Soft* *71: Filter Resonance* *72: Release Time* *73: Attack Time* *74: Brightness* *75: Decay Time* *76: Vibrato Rate* *77: Vibrato Depth* *78: Vibrato Delay* 91: Reverb *93: Chorus* *PSR-220 manual:* *0: Bank Select MSB/LSB* *32: Bank Select MSB/LSB* 1: Modulation *6: Data Entry MSB/LSB* *38: Data Entry MSB/LSB* 7: Volume 10: Pan 11: Expression 64: Sustain (Damper) 66: Sostenuto *84: Portamento Control* 91: Reverb Depth *96: RPN Data Increment* *97: RPN Data Decrement* *100: RPN MSB/LSB* *101: RPN MSB/LSB* *120: All Sound Off* *121: Reset All Controllers* So, I'm still not sure what to do about the *colourindex* and i*pbposition* values for those.
