You mean, like retune the actual samples? It may be easier, but I am making
a game for mobile phones which use General MIDI and I want to make sure the
sound plays accurately. It is unlikely I can do anything about the sound
source on the phones, but the MIDI Pitch Bend protocol is guaranteed to be
supported. (I think they use GM-lite).
