That usually isn't really the bug. > My question is to know if there could be a way to recover my recording ? > I saw that there is an autosave option in Preferences box. If the file had never been saved, you won't get the "An autosaved version was found" dialog, so you have to go dig it out manually. If it exists, it will be in ~/.local/share/rosegarden/autosave with a completely meaningless, random filename. I suggest looking at the time and date stamps to try to figure out which one of these is your recording. For example: $ ls -l ~/.local/share/rosegarden/autosave total 44 -rw------- 1 me me 10113 Mar 31 19:26 06ad2ba70ed7fe6696c834264a3b4da749847ba2 -rw------- 1 me me 10148 Sep 26 2012 60350b529f7b1329325a2d2609e5666571ba44a2 -rw------- 1 me me 18829 Jan 29 17:13 aa88837a123ed7ab3d755c17c7f1ee4e9eb071fd On that list, 06ad2ba70ed7fe6696c834264a3b4da749847ba2 is the autosave from the session I just had active a moment ago while testing this. As to the greater bug in question, as always, the very latest release of Rosegarden is always the best place to start. That's 13.02 in this case. Maybe we all got lucky and that bug went away with some of the latest fixes that went out. -- D.
