Sorry, RG 10.10 doesn't give me any problems when I exit it, nor does it effect any other JACK apps. But I'm not trying to use anything as a JACK master, nor do I have Ardour around ... So my guess is it's not a bug, maybe just RG set to be the master? I have no idea what the default is, I just know I haven't changed whatever it is.
