Hello All, Next year's International School of Crystallography (the 59th course in the series) will focus on powder diffraction, and will run from 31 May to 8 June. The last Powder diffraction School at Erice was in 2011 and was a huge success. For next year's school we have confirmed a rather exciting and well respected list of speakers to cover some of the fundamentals of our discipline and to then also explore a number of the newest developments. The school will present an excellent opportunity for graduate students and young researchers to engage with some of the fields experts and to hone their specialist knowledge and skills.
Please see the school's website for further details https://crystalerice.org/2024/ Note that the deadline for applying is 30 November, and that places are limited. Looking forward to meet some of you there Best regards Dave Billing Co-Director, Erice 2024 - Powder Diffraction: Advancing Real Materials in the Information Era.
