Dear All,

We are pleased to announce a new release 2.0 of
the PDFgetX3 software which is now available at
https://www.diffpy.org/products/pdfgetx.html.
The main new features are the new program "pdfgetn3"
for extracting PDFs from constant-wavelength neutron
scattering data, new parameter "twothetazero" for
correction of diffractometer offset, and an added
support for Python 3.7 (versions 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, 2.7
are also supported). The release includes a number
of fixes and improvements which are listed at
https://www.diffpy.org/doc/pdfgetx/2.0.0/release.html.
For more details about the new neutron PDF functionality
please see recent paper in Journal of Applied Crystallography
at https://doi.org/10.1107/S1600576718010002.

PDFgetX3 and PDFgetN3 are free for individuals carrying
out open academic research, but require a paid license
for commercial use or when multiple users will use the
same copy of the software.
