Hello Rietvelders I want to compare graphically powder patterns of a phase which were recorded at different wavelengths. Therefore I'd like to overlay the patterns using d-values, calculated from their corresponding 2theta values. In the case of monochromatic X-rays it's trivial. But which wavelength should one use in the case of Kalpha1-Kalpha2 radiation (lab instrument)?
