Hi Angel,

If you are in the GUI mode of the Bruker version:

You can export a text file with 2theta, observed, calculated and
difference in the same file. To do this go to the parameters window
(F2), right clicking on the current range (ie the diffraction pattern
filename), there is a choice "Save if displayed Yobs, Ycalc, Diff,
phases and background". This file will be comma delimited, so easy to
open in most software packages.

Cheers,

Ross

Subject: how to export data in Topas

Dear colleages:

I have done a refinement with Topas 4.1, and would like to export the
refinement for a niccer plot. to this end, I would like to know how to
save the "XRD data", not the plots. I would like to be able to save the
"model" data in a two-column file (2theta versus intensity), and the
difference plot (2theta versus difference). However, I find no way to
export these data.

Can any og you help me and indicate me how to do it?

Thanks

Angel L. Ortiz
