Dear All,
I have a question about how to refine the multiple phases model with
FullProf. According to the manual, the phase weight fraction is calculated
from scale factor, unit cell and etc. It seems to me that the most
important parameters affecting the phase wight fraction are the scaler
factor and unit cell. So I have the impression is to let FullProf refine
the scaler factor and unit cell.

But it doesn't work. I refine V2O3 in at low temperature with the low-T
model. I got an acceptable result, though there was still something not
matched well. So we doubt whether there is another phase, though with very
small fraction. I added the 2nd phase in, and the refinement was messed up,
even I used the correct scale factor of the original phase and set ATZ to 0.
Do you have any suggestion on the correct procedure to do the Rietveld
refinement with 2 phase?

Thanks for your advice!
