While there is a variety of stuff out there, I must admit a current
bias for the WinPlotr software that comes with the Fullprof suite:

Very nice for handling diffraction data taken with different wavelenths,
and temperature sequences with different count times - and you want to 
normalise them.  And lots of other features like peak profiling,
peak finding, etc.

Other people may have other favourites?
