While there is a variety of stuff out there, I must admit a current bias for the WinPlotr software that comes with the Fullprof suite: http://www.ill.fr/pages/science/IGroups/diff/Soft/fp/ http://www.ill.fr/pages/science/IGroups/diff/Soft/fp/php/downloads.html Very nice for handling diffraction data taken with different wavelenths, and temperature sequences with different count times - and you want to normalise them.
