INEL dat files

     Dear all,

        I am currently trying to convert raw binary INEL .dat
        files obtained by means of an INEL CPS 120 detector.

        I would like to convert those raw .dat files into
        ASCII files that I can read on my Windows PC.

        I am expecting a stream of 4096 values plus a possible
        header.

     PS: Since this is my first request to the list, let me introduce
         myself:  I  am using X-ray and neutron pwoder diffraction to
         investigate molecular systems essentially.
