Dear Liliana,
What I usually do is converting the .raw file into an .uxd file using
Bruker's own XCH program, and next I convert this .uxd file into a
gsas file using Dragoe's Powder2 program (see the CCP14 collection of
software). Import the data into this program (XY free ascii) and
export the data with >save as GSAS CW ESD. Upon importing this file
in GSAS/EXPGUI the program complains that the format is not correct
and asks if the file should be converted. Answer yes and the data are
correctly read in.
