Powbase has already reached some cruising speed with 79 patterns
added in 5 days. Theoretically, 190 days would suffice for being
the equivalent of the 3000 patterns in PDF-3. Of course, 
maintaining that speed depends on you.

The current entry format replies to almost all recent suggestions,
and it is really the most simple I can imagine (free format).
It is not CIF nor CIF star, but those formats will be accepted too.
