The purpose is to calculate the background corresponding
to the DBW or FULLPROF 6th order polynomial.
This may be useful if you consider that the background
is almost correct, but could be manually improved in some
part of the powder pattern (not so rare :-).
This program runs under Win95 and probably Win98 or NT.
Nothing that you could not do with Excel or (...), but
sometimes it serves ;-). The zipped file contains the
executable, the Fortran source, a data set, a manual.
