Description from [2]: libnotify is a convenience library for sending notifications according to the fd.o desktop notifications specification[1]. Applications using libnotify will produce notifications that look correct on any desktop environment that supports the specification.
This patch pops up the artist and title of the currently playing song whenever it changes.
