@sryza I have reworded the comments on the use of "cluster manager." I
wasn't able to come up with a replacement for it, but I avoided using the term
where possible and otherwise added some clarification. Does the latest wording
look good to you?
I think I have addressed everyone else's comments at this point. Please let
