Thanks for the feedback @zsxwing and @squito. I added back the old methods
of `askTimeout` and `lookupTimeout` in `RpcUtils` and marked as deprecated.
Running the mima test locally, I still get errors though - but I'm not sure I'm
running it correctly. Is there anywhere else besides the `RpcUtils` changes
that might be causing incompatibility?
