   Hmm, I saw you overrides `createTable(ident: Identifier, tableInfo: 
TableInfo)` on `InMemoryTableCatalog` in this PR. It passes 
`tableInfo.constraints()` when calling other `createTable`.
   
   
   Why this `createTable(ident: Identifier, tableInfo: TableInfo)` doesn't need 
to pass `constraints`?
