Review Comment:
   I'd like to revisit this. In the future, we will have persistent variables 
in external catalogs, and it's inevitable to have name conflicts with the 
scripting labels. But it's fine as the priority is well defined: local variable 
first. Why do we treat session variable specially and forbid certain label 
names?
