@rxin can you confirm? However I believe we wanted to only do the cast once
and re-use the casted object on all future invocations of array.get(). That
being said my convoluted if statement in CastedArray.castAndWrap can be cleaned
up with similar Scala code to ScalaRuntime.array_length.
