IMPALA-13033: support parsing thrift profiles downloaded from WebUI
In the coordinator WebUI, users can download query profiles in
text/json/thrift formats. Currently, impala-profile-tool fails
to parse thrift format. With JIRA we are including support to
parse thrift format profiles.
