Hi Alfred, The old one should not be in the cache, but you can try to restart Apache just to ensure it's picking up the new settings.
You should be able to list multiple domain controllers, each separated by a space. It will try each one in order. We can do better with the errors, slightly (listing the domain controller in this error at a minimum). I'll track this for 3.0.4.
