My reason for asking is that in my work on `debputy`, I cannot use
`dh_strip_nondeterminism`. Instead, I invoke `strip-nondeterminism`
directly and I would like the feature parity of presenting to the user
(including in the buildlog) which files were modified.

Totally understand, and I'll make the necessary changes to make this
possible.

Just to confirm though: is there anything in da.mo that actually
needs to be normalized? Is there a bug in gettext.pm as well?

Regards,

Honestly, I do not know. However, the timestamps in `da.po` were before the `SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH`, so the fact that is unchanged seems entirely reasonable from what little domain knowledge I have on `gettext` related problems.

Best regards,
Niels
