As mentioned on irc to holger and mattia, I reviewed packages that ought to get blacklisted on armhf, as they almost always timeout on builds, so they consume CPU, RAM and disk that could be better used testing other packages. I'll probably propose more after further review, but figured I'd send these along now, since I already had the list and already reviewed them.
Another point; while I have access to jenkins.debian.net, I apparently don't have the permissions and/or know-how necessary to update the database with the blacklists (tried running ./bin/reproducible_blacklist.sh, but got some database permission errors).
