Many thanks to those who have reviewed the proposed revision and an extra
thanks to those who have added suggestions.

This is a reminder to complete your review by COB Sunday, 27 April 2025.

If you have objections or a material suggestion to make, please do send a note
to the list and start a discussion of it here.

If there are no objections or material changes to consider, the Chairs will
post a final version and redline directly to the list here for a final 1 week
review period.

Speaking as co-Chair, I will note that at this time I do not believe there are
any material changes proposed. This means that, currently, all changes are
expected to be accepted. You will have a chance to review all changes during
the 1 week final review period.

Thanks in advance for your review!

Antoin and Jim
