Hi,

After discussion in the working group and consultation with the media-types 
experts, we are submitting -03 of this draft which re-uses the current RDAP 
media type instead of creating a new one. Many thanks to Pawel for his study 
which helped us get here.

Abstract:

This document defines a new parameter for the RDAP media type that
can be used to describe RDAP content with RDAP extensions.
Additionally, this document describes the usage of this parameter
with RDAP for the purposes of signalling RDAP extensions during
content negotiation.
