Hi all,

As document shepherd, the chairs have asked me to confirm on this list that all comment received during WGLC, including the DNSDIR comments, have been addressed and to confirm on the list that all changes from #08 to #11 are not material.

I note that the following editorial changes from James Gould are not reflected in the current document, probably due to other edits in these areas during WGLC. In my opinion, these editorial edits are helpful and I suggest they be added when next this document is revised.

Item 1:

Text in 1.2.1.2.1 paragraph 3, proposed by James Gould:

CURRENT:

A server which implements host objects which receives a command which attempts to set TTL values for A and AAAA records on a domain object MUST respond with a 2004 "Parameter value range" error.

PROPOSED:

A server supporting host objects which receives a command that attempts to set TTL values for A and AAAA records on a domain object MUST respond with a 2004 "Parameter value range" error.

Item 2:

Text in 2.1.1.1 paragraph 1, James Gould proposed quoting the word "policy". Additionally, the phrase "EPP response contain MUST contain" should probably be "EPP response MUST contain".

Item 3:

Text in 2.1.1.2 paragraph 1, same issue as Item 2.

Regarding material changes, I note the following in Section 5.2 of the additional sentence to the end of paragraph 2:

The latency between receipt of the <update> command and the actual publication of the changes in the DNS should also be taken into consideration in this calculation.

As this sentence nor this section contain normative language, in my opinion this is not a material change.
