Hello Frisco,

You just need to get the roaring penguin pppoe software from 
www.roaringpenguin.com - I think it's version 3.5-1 at the moment? A not 
so new version comes with RH 7.2 and 7.3.

If you install the rpm (or source build), then simply run 
/usr/sbin/adsl-setup and configure your settings (i.e username and 
password). Then you simply run /usr/sbin/adsl-start to bring up the link.
