I've done a search for this as well, and it comes up with nothing on rpmfind... (i presume we're both trying to upgrade KDE)
I also randomly did a search on openssl and the library that comes with openssl 0.9.6 (the latest?) is libcrypto.so.1. not sure what that means, if anything.
