resources problems

Hi folks,

    I have a linux box (rh6.2) dual processor (2x650MHz) with 256M RAM
... I'm runing Ad server and sometimes I get some message like: " Unable
to load interpreter"  or "Too many open files in system". Somebody can
help me a figure out it ?
