Yes, if you mean "InterNIC" is "primary servers".

You set all of this up in your named.conf and other DNS configuration files.

I started with Olaf Kirch's "The Linux Network Administrator's Guide",
which is downloadable in PDF somewhere, but it's not dedicated to DNS.
It's still good, even though old.
