I am a little lost when it comes to what I have read about the DNS system.
When you register a domain they must put your DNS record in one of the
primary servers. Then when a request is made the primary DNS servers point
point the client servers to your machine for the requested DNS entry. Is
this correct?

How then would someone add a sub domain. So I register ABC.COM and I want a
sub domain 123.ABC.com and 456.ABC.com. 123 and 456 are to be handled by two
different DNS servers how do I setup ABC.com to get the information from the
DNS servers for 123 and 456?

Anyone have answers or know of good reading material on DNS?

Thanks,
Chad
