RH7 comes with netscape rpm's (4.75, I think).  There is an updated rpm (4.76) 
available (for Rh6.x and 7) which fixes a "buffer overflow in Netscape's HTML parsing 
code".  You can read about it and get links to the updated rpm by going here:

You'll need to download 2 fairly large rpm's (several MBytes), either netscape-common 
+ netscape-communicator or netscape-common + netscape navigator.
