The official announcement contained a list of Bugzilla entries fixed by
the update. See the bug reports (at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla)
for more information on these.

Basically, it comes down to
* Fix some Internal Compiler Errors on compiling rarely used C++
constructs
* Fix some segfaults on broken code (2.96-54 occasionally segfaulted
instead of  displaying the correct error message
* Improve some optimizations for better generated code quality
