The best thing to do is to go to the helixcode website and start the
download procedure. The initial part of the procedure checks your
installed files against the latest on the ftp server and shows you the
availableupgrades. If you do not want to download them but just want to
see how many will be upgraded, then just cancel the process at this
point. Won't take long.
