absolutely great, your explanation worked ... I just build my
first RPM  from a SRPM (the latest procmail version I could find
on the net ...) --- the build process from SRPM to RPM and later the 
RPM-install itself went without any problems, or at least I didn't
realize any problems there ... and with your help
I have now the *very latest* procmail version ... :) 

 ... seems to be a great place, this list ...
