This bit me this weekend. It looks like 16-3 doesn't build all of the
appropriate symlinks in /usr/include. I think it has to be:
ln -s /usr/src/linux/include/linux/ /usr/include/linux
and
ln -s /usr/src/linux/include/asm/ /usr/include/asm
but I may be wrong,..
