ANNOUNCE: KDE2 Binaries available

Thanks to the kindness and quick thinking of the people at MandrakeSoft 
the KDE2 binaries have been made available again. I am still attempting to
resurect the cvs web site and hope to have that completed later this
evening.

The kde2 biaries are available at http://www.nebsllc.com and follow the
links for the kde2 alpha software. They will continue to be updated on a
regular basis. 

Curerently the binaries are NOT available via ftp. We will be working on
this problem.
