I know you are looking for Commercial, but you really didn't say why.

If you are a SysAdmin-type and are looking for a robust, solid backup that
makes effcient use of tapes among other things, give Amanda a look
(www.amanda.org). It can be intimidating to setup the first time, but has
a great user community and even better features.

If you are looking for a GUI, don't bother.
