Exabyte tape libraries

Anyone have any experience with  a EXP-10e or EXP-10h tape library? Will
it automatically switch tapes for you, or can it be controlled via
software? I'm only interested if it can be used without manual
intervention. Under Linux of course.


Does $400 for the 10e sound like a good deal for a used one? How about
$900 for the 10h (used)?
