OK. I have now tried with lpr-0.46.1 on both machines. Then I tried with
lpr-0.47.1 on both machines. Still, the same problem persists. To make
sure, I also purged the print queue as seen on the workstation before
trying.
At least I know I have the latest version of lpr installed. :-)
Unfortunately, I can't use it. At least not for remote printing. :-(
Any other hints?
