Error rebuilding 2.2.12 from src rpm

Hello,

I grabbed kernel-2.2.12-20.src.rpm and installed it on my RH 6.0 
system.  But when I tried to rebuild the rpm, I got the following error.

[root@ns14 SPECS]# rpm -bb kernel-2.2.13.spec
line 178: Provides: tokens must begin with alpha-numeric: Provides: kernel 
= 2.2.12

Does anyone know what's suppose to be in there?
