Of course it's full. With the dos partition.

You have to instruct Druid to delete the hda3 partition and to recreate it
as linux partition. Or you can try to edit it and change its type from 06
(DOS) to 83 (Linux native). ONLY after that you'll be able to assign there
the root partition.
You are aware you have to create a little swap partition, aren't you? The
best bet is to make it have the same size as your RAM size. This is why I
said first to delete the dos hda3 partition. Like this, you'll be able to
make a 410 Mb Linux native partition and a 38 Linux swap (type 82)
partition at the end of the disk.
