I use System Commander at home to boot Win95, WinNT, Linux and DOS.  
I think it works great!  I haven't tried the new version, though.  It 
includes the ability to re-partition your drive without data loss.  
The manual is also one of the best that I've seen.  It explains 
things very well.

As for LILO, you do need to install it somewhere else.  For the life 
of me, though, I can' remember what it's called.  :(  I know it's the 
second option when you are presented with a choice.
