Interesting how the one side of sun doesnt know what the other one is doing...

SCO is suing IBM because "IBM leaked SCOs unix IP to the linux world..." and this was 
probably going on at the same time that Sun (in the Cobalt division) was selling 
Cobalt Linux, which is based almost entirely on Red Hat 6.2.

So, should they be suing themselves as well for using stolen IP??
