You have to have Mozilla installed to use Galeon. Galeon uses the Gecko
rendering engine that is included with Mozilla. In fact, you have to get
a version of Galeon that is compatible with the version of Mozilla that
you have installed.

I think Galeon will import Mozilla's bookmarks, but I don't think import
any other Mozilla settings.

The Galeon developers release at least as often as the Mozilla developers.
You can get RH-compatible RPMs from the Galeon download site on
SourceForge.
