i installed it as directed over the stock RH5.0 XFree (i forget which
version that is...). it works fine. one BIG caveat: your video card
cant share an IRQ with anything else, else the X server will crash. this
was a problem on one of my machines (it was sharing an IRQ w/ my NIC) but
moving my network card to a different PCI slot fixed the conflict.
