Thanks for the step by step. However, I should have been a little more explicit in the problem.
Mozilla won't download the file to install. The download dialog box opens but nothing happens. I set the mime type as the help page suggested, application/octet-stream, that didn't help either. I'm downloading the files as I write this with Internet Explorer. I will ftp it to my RH machine and give it a try. Thanks again!!
