I followed all the suggestions and the steps
in the tutorial in

that is, I executed pwconv as root and it created
the/etc/shadow file and modified the /etc/passwd.
The problem is that after this no users can log in
in the X window, only in the text mode. I have
xdm3d_xpm installed and I don't known if the proble
is with it.
Someone tell me that I would may need to add something in
the /etc/pam.d/passwd file, but I don't know what and how.
Please, may someone tell me what can I do to solve this ?
